  • Use automated systems to create multiple accounts

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • 100% accuracy of monitoring results
  • Availability of all features at all times

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to:

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEWEBMONITOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or failures
  • Inaccurate monitoring results or missed alerts

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months, or $0 if you used the free tier.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeWebMonitor, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • At our sole discretion, with or without cause

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
